Likho › Payment reminder
Asking for your own money shouldn't be awkward. Type it the way you'd say it, "client ko bolo invoice 15 din se pending hai", and Likho writes a reminder you can send on WhatsApp or by email. Choose Polite for a first reminder and Firm when they keep delaying.
Mention the invoice and amount, ask for payment by a specific date and thank them, e.g. "Hi, just a friendly reminder that invoice #104 for Rs 25,000 is now due. Could you please arrange it by Friday? Thank you." Keep the first reminder short and friendly.
A common pattern is a friendly reminder on or just after the due date, a second one about a week later, and a firmer one after another week. Each time, give a new clear date.
Yes, if that is how you normally talk to the client or customer. For companies, or for large amounts, email is better because it keeps a written record with the invoice attached. Use the WhatsApp / Email switch above.
"I haven't received the payment yet." A polite full version: "I wanted to check on the payment, as I haven't received it yet. Could you please confirm when it will be sent?"
Yes. Pick Arabic, French, Russian or Dutch under "Send in" and the reminder is written in that language, which helps if your client is in the Gulf or Europe.
